The meeting invited the relevant department leaders, experts and senior lawyers who participated in the legislation to interpret and publicize The Regulations on Promoting the Development of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Till 4:00 p.m. yesterday, more than 420,000 people watched the live stream online through the IFENG.com "Wind Live" platform and the "Zhejiang Law popularization" on WeChat official account.

However, in certain industries and fields, it is difficult for private enterprises to join. And The Regulations takes the lead in defining the principle of Competitive Neutrality, which is a major benefit to the development of the private enterprises."

It is believed that in the current situation of grasping the resumption of work and production, with the introduction and implementation of The Regulations, many private enterprises in Zhejiang, including PROYA and other Beautéville resident enterprises, will also get a better business environment and a more fair competitive market environment.

About The Regulations

The Regulations on Promoting the Development of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Province which has attracted much attention, was passed by the third session of the 13th National People's Congress of Zhejiang Province on January 16 this year. This is the China first provincial-level local regulations to promote the development of private enterprises.
