Recently China Beauty Town has a lot to celebrate. A while back at the same day when Zhejiang Academy of Science & Technology for Inspection & Quarantine set up a cosmetics testing center in the town, “Huzhou Dongwu Aromatics Production Base Project Signing” ceremony was held in the China Beauty Town Management Committee, which marks the official joining of Suzhou Dongwu Aromatics Co., Ltd. It is the first company of daily use chemical essence that settled in at the beauty town.

Founded in 1992, Suzhou Dongwu Aromatics Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Suzhou Firmenich Aromatics Co., Ltd. For the last decade, the company has developed comprehensive cooperative relations with some world famous companies in aspects of production technology and management, which enables it to obtain certain advantages and accumulate extensive business experience. So far, the company continues to sell the daily use chemical essence and spice products produced by Firmenich Aromatics (China) Co., Ltd.

As the core area of China Beauty Town, China Cosmetics Production Center will introduce high-end cosmetics industry and supporting projects to build the cosmetics production-oriented whole industrial chain. As the first company of daily use chemical essence entered, Dongwu Aromatics fills in the gaps in the cosmetics raw material enterprises currently in the industrial cluster of the beauty town.

At present, the town has successfully ushered in 21 high-quality projects,       and the total planned investment has reached 6.36 billion Yuan. Among them CP2 Packaging, Chuangying New Material and five trading companies have been put in operation officially. Seven industries including HANBUL cosmetics, Testing and R&D Center and the supporting projects are under rapid construction. Preparation of ten projects including YONWOO packing materials is speeding up. In terms of infrastructure construction, the construction process of eleven roads such as the Chuangye Avenue East Extension is being accelerated, and part of the Guanze Road North Extension has been completed and put into use.
