After listening to the sand-tray model introduction of Beautéville, the delegation discussed on the current situation of cosmetics industry in Zhejiang Province, also the relevant policies and plans for the next step.

He said that he hoped to make full use of the school's existing talent resources and professional advantages in industry, academia and research to inject fresh power into Beautéville, so that the cosmetics industrial park can develop in a diversified way and build a new mechanism of deep integration of government, universities, and enterprises. Relying on the industrial layout of Beautéville; integrate relevant resources; deepen the integration of industry and education; promote the integration of education chain; talent chain, industry chain, and the innovation chain; so as to build a scientific and technological innovation carrier and organization serving the whole cosmetics industry chain.

Deputy Director Lin Peizhu pointed out that cosmetics are an important part of Zhejiang Province's fashion industry. on January 2, 2020, the fashion industry of Zhejiang Province will be able to adapt to the layout, design capacity, professional talents, brand operation, market development, atmosphere, etc., as well as the upgrading of consumer demand, the increase in personalized and diversified needs, and the objective requirements of the fashion industry's ability to quickly adapt to market demand, continue to improve. The Economic and Information Technology Department issued the Action Plan for Building Fashion Capital of Zhejiang Province to Promote the Reform and Development of Fashion Industry (2020-2022), which increases the reform and development of the fashion industry in various aspects such as spatial layout, creative leadership, brand building, digital transformation, talent construction, etc., and implements the "1+6" action plan, that is, focusing on building the fashion industry with the following objectives. With the goal of becoming a "fashion capital", the province has focused on implementing six major action plans, including the upgrading of fashion consumption, the enhancement of innovative design capabilities, the cultivation of independent brands, digital transformation, the construction of talent clusters, and the cultivation of fashion culture. At present, the province is cultivating the cosmetics industry as an important field of the fashion industry, actively cultivating scientific and technological research and development institutions, and supporting scientific and technological research. In the next step, the province will intensify the cultivation of science and technology; make every effort to promote the high-quality development of the cosmetics industry; take the implementation of new laws and regulations as an opportunity to build a new regulatory framework; and carry out "three services" activities to further help enterprises to implement the policy of helping enterprises and benefiting enterprises.
