OnDecember 18, 2015, at the winter solstice banquet of China Cosmetics BusinessSummit and annual meeting of CosmeticsNewspaper, China Beauty Town uncovered the mystery in the domesticcosmetics industry for the first time. In terms of the land planning, ithas adhered to the principle of "building where it should be built andplanting where it should be planted", comprehensively considered coordinationbetween the distinctive planning of Beauty Town and green development of hillyslope, agglomeration of cosmetics industry and tourism of Beauty Town, broken theboundless planning layout of the traditional industrial park, and formed the well-proportionedand distinctive pattern of the town. In the industrial planning, it has adheredto building the whole industry chain, and on the one hand, it will introducehigh-end cosmetics manufacturing enterprises as the core content ofconstruction of town, rely on the existing industrial base formed by PROYA,Chucheng Packaging, Chuangying Packaging and other supporting enterprises,through the introduction of cosmetics production and upstream and downstream supportingenterprises, strive to create the gathering area of cosmetics industry; on theother hand, it will carry out the planning and construction of a number ofdistinctive supporting projects closely related to cosmetics production, mainlyincluding detection and research and development center, Technology IncubationPark, Beauty Culture Park, Beauty Museum, essential oil museum, scenecommercial street, cosmetics manufacturing industrial tourism, Beauty Collegeand Beauty Taobao Town.

Over the pastyear, the platform of Beauty Town has been constantly promoted.

We focus on speeding up theneeds of construction of the main road of the town, promote the smooth road andgreen projects, improve infrastructure construction and optimize theenvironment for the settlement of the project. In terms of the road, 8infrastructure projects have been started, the convenient and fast road networkis being formed; in terms of green landscape, landscape engineering of slopetreatment in key areas, landscape engineering of key roads and cosmetics themepark are being accelerated, environment is being optimized; in terms of field,highlight three key areas to accelerate the field leveling project and provideprotection for the landing of the project.

Over the past year, the brand image ofBeauty Town continues to improve.

On the international level, Beauty Town will establishstrategic cooperation with relevant institutions in various countries. On the national level, it held thesecond session of leadership summit in the cosmetics industry on September 30, invitedmore than 20 experts from the National Industry Association, carried out theforum around the revitalization of national brand and signed a summitconsensus, and achieved remarkable results. Respectively, it was awarded the"Beauty Innovation Contribution Award" by China Fragrance FlavorCosmetic Industry Association, the "Chinese Beauty Industry SpecialContribution Award" by the Beauty and Cosmetic Chamber of Commerce ofNational Federation of Industry and Commerce. On the provincial level, it was named by provincial departments toattend a series of activities including the "Mayor Forum" of thedistinctive towns of the province, China Zhejiang Investment & TradeSymposium and held the promotion with the theme of distinctive town; it hasbeen included in the demonstration and benchmarking by the province, and theinfluence is continuously enhancing.

Perfect the operation mode of"Company + Fund+ Government", build the construction strategy of "Policy- Production - Financial - Network", namely "on the basis of thesupport of government, take the industry as the guide, the capital as power,and combine elements of the internet". The government is responsible for supportof the relevant preferential policies of the construction land, acts on the approvalfor settled enterprises and coordinates services related with projectconstruction, at present, the Municipal Leading Group led by the mayor has beenset up, responsible for solving the important and difficult problems, thedistrict has especially set up the Beauty Town Management Committee, establishedthe CMC office and three crucial groups, and deployed 30 cadres from the districtand town, more than 10 personnel from industrial companies to cooperate inhandling official business and provide "one-stop" service for investment,the filing and approval of the project after contracting and other aspects.Cosmetics Industry (Huzhou) Investment Development Co., Ltd., as the overallcoordinator, is responsible for attracting investment and the management ofvarious functional areas. The government of city and district and the CosmeticsIndustry (Huzhou) Investment and Development Co., Ltd. have jointly establishedWangshu Capital Management Company, established the directional supportindustrial development fund and provided good security for investment.

XiaBaolong, Provincial Party Secretary of Zhejiang, Li Qiang, former governor and CheJun, the incumbent governor, have personally visited the Beauty Town and given highevaluation; at the same time, Mao Linsheng, Party Secretary of ProvincialPeople's Congress Standing Committee, has contacted the Beauty Town; secondly,it has attracted the attention of the industrial leaders, 12 industrial leadersincluding Chen Shaojun, chairman of Chinese Flavor Cosmetics Industry Association,are the professional consultants of the Beauty Town; thirdly, it has attractedthe attention of the media, this year, on February 29, the Zhejiang Daily reported the Beauty Town on an entire page; on March23, CCTV columnTopics in Focus took the Beauty Town as anexample to report the distinctive towns in Zhejiang Province development of;Xinhua news agency, People's Daily, the National Political Consultative Conference,Zhejiang TV and other mainstream media continue to focus on it. The industrialgiant media Cosmetic Newspaper and Cosmetic Observer fully concentrate on it;in addition, the Beautynury from South Korea and French Cosmetics Newspaper, MandarinTV and other overseas media are also highly concerned about the Beauty Town.
