The Beautéville study delegation was invited to visit Grasse City Hall, France. At the Town Hall, Grasse Mayor Jerome Viaud formally presented the Friendship Medal to Mr. Hou Juncheng, chairman of PROYA Cosmetics Co., LTD., and General Consultant of Beautéville. He expressed his high respect and gratitude to Mr. Hou Juncheng for his contribution in the process of promoting the cooperation and development of cosmetics industry between China and France.
