In the afternoon of January 20, Huzhou Wuxing District Industrial Conference was held in the Assembly Hall of the District Administrative Conference Center. The meeting was chaired by WuXing District Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee, Mayor Wu ZhiYong, District Secretary Cai Xuchang made an important speech. In 2003, PROYA was established in Hangzhou, it has been only 12 years since its establishment. It is thanks to the hard work of every diligent and pragmatic PROYA people that the enterprise has achieved rapid growth from scratch and to exist, from small to large. In particular, since the establishment of production headquarters in Huzhou in 2009, it has rapidly become one of the largest cosmetics enterprises in China. In the next five years, PROYA will reach a new level of 10 billion yuan in production and sales and 30 billion yuan in retail sales last year.  

Chairman Hou Juncheng said frankly: "PPROYA's development over the years is inseparable from the honest and pragmatic local government, especially in the past few years of development in Huzhou, and has received strong support from all levels of government in Huzhou."

Indeed, in the just past 2015, it was an extraordinary year for PROYA.

In this year, PROYA not only won the large taxpayer in Wuxing District, but also won the "China Cosmetics Beauty Award", "Top Ten Happy Enterprises in Zhejiang" honorary title, and won the "May 1 Labor Medal of Zhejiang Province", and also received the HeForShe Contribution Award from UN Women; the former Deputy President of South Africa and Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ms. Ngokuka, visited PROYA and highly praised its efforts in women's empowerment and gender equality. This year, it invested 1 billion yuan to officially start the construction of the pelaia building, which integrates technology, aesthetics, fashion and culture

That's why we have the project 'China Cosmetics Production Base - Huzhou'."

The origin of this project came from a sense of mission and responsibility that he and leaders of the cosmetics industry and entrepreneurs of the Hangzhou Cosmetic Association have for developing the transformation and upgrading of China's cosmetics industry and integrating resources.

At present, with the strong support of the local government, Hou Juncheng's team has built a China Beautéville. Through the precise positioning of the industry, it has fully assisted the government in attracting investment, and introduced excellent enterprises in the whole cosmetics industry chain at home and abroad. It will be of great help to the local cosmetic brands.
