On March 24, China Beautéville appeared at the 2017 CBE China (Shanghai) Summit Elite Meeting. Over the past year, China Beautéville has received more than 200 batches of distinguished guests to inspect, guide and negotiate, introduced 22 key projects with a total investment of over 8.5 billion, traveled to France, Germany, Italy, South Korea and other developed countries in the cosmetics industry, held a number of investment conferences in Louvre, France, Seoul, South Korea, and signed strategic cooperation agreements with a number of foreign institutions.

Not only that, China Beautéville has also won a number of awards, and was shortlisted as a character town in Zhejiang Province in January last year, one of the top ten provincial model specialty towns in May, and was assessed as a provincial industry benchmark specialty town in November. It can be said that the harvest is very fruitful.

Continuous improvement of planning and design

By the end of 2016, the town has introduced 22 new high-quality projects with a total investment of over 8.5 billion yuan. In addition, there are a number of Korean, German and domestic cosmetics quality projects will soon be signed to move in.

Public facilities continue to improve

According to the development positioning, while building the whole industrial chain of cosmetics, China Beautéville has planned and constructed a number of unique public supporting projects closely related to the production of cosmetics, including testing and research and development center, technology incubation park, beauty cultural park, beauty museum, scenario shopping street, beauty technology school, beauty Taobao town, talent apartment, etc., to further enlarge the resources supporting advantages and highlight the town's characteristics.

Within this year, China Beautéville will try its best to make the cosmetic theme park open, testing R & D center opening, beauty museum opening.

At present, the construction of the interactive and open cosmetic theme park is accelerating to show the spiritual fortress of the town and create a functional cosmetic theme park with activities, play, fitness, etc.; the main construction of the testing R&D center awarded by Zhejiang Province Institute of Inspection and Quarantine Science and Technology in November last year has completed 50%; the beauty museum with a construction area of 10,000 square meters has also started construction under the advice of Professor Yang Zhigang.

Brand image continues to improve

At the international level, China Beautéville has established strategic cooperation relations with cosmetic associations and related characteristic towns in France, Italy and Korea.

At the national level, China Beautéville held the second Cosmetic Industry Leaders Summit on September 30 last year, inviting more than 20 experts from national industry associations to participate in the summit, to conduct forums on national brand revitalization and sign the consensus of the summit, with remarkable results. China Beautéville was awarded "Beauty Innovation Contribution Award" by China Association of Flavor, Fragrance and Cosmetic Industry, and "China Beauty Industry Special Contribution Award" by All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Beauty and Cosmetics Chamber of Commerce.

At the provincial level, China Beautéville has been named by the provincial authorities to participate in the series of activities such as "Mayor Forum" and Zhejiang Fair, and held special theme promotion for the specialty town.

Continuous improvement of system/mechanism

At present, China Beautéville is perfecting the operation mode of "Company + Fund + Government" and working together to build the construction strategy of "Government - Industry - Integration - Network". The project is based on the concept of "on the basis of government support, industry-led, capital-assisted and closely integrated with Internet elements". The government is responsible for the provision of construction land and related preferential policies, and the whole process of vetting and approving for the resident enterprises and coordinating services related to project construction.

Specifically, a working leading group headed by the mayor has been set up at the municipal level to solve important and difficult problems; a Beautéville management committee has been set up at the district level to provide "one-stop" services for investment promotion, project record and approval after signing the contract; the cosmetic industry (Huzhou) investment development company is responsible for investment promotion and the management of each functional area as the coordinator; and the cosmetic industry (Huzhou) investment development company has jointly set up the Wang Shu Capital Management Company to establish a targeted support fund for industrial development to provide good protection for investment.

Increasing Attention

Since the start of the construction of China Beautéville, it has received attention and importance from various parties.

The first is the attention of the government departments. Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee Xia Baolong, former governor Li Qiang and the current governor of Che Jun have personally inspected the Beautéville, and gave a high evaluation, at the same time made it clear that Mao Linsheng, Secretary of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, will contact the Beautéville.

On February 29, 2016, the whole page of Zhejiang Daily reported on the Beautéville; on March 23, CCTV's Focus Interview program, taking the Beautéville, etc., as an example, reported on the development of Zhejiang Province's specialty town; Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference newspaper, Zhejiang Satellite TV and other mainstream media continued to pay attention.

In 2017, at the beginning of the new year, People's Daily published an article "Here's a new “mainstream” focusing on Zhejiang's specialty towns, and also highlighting three specialty towns such as China's Beautéville.

In addition, PinGuan.com and other industry media were in full focus. And South Korea's rich body beautiful magazine room, "beautiful morning newspaper", as well as French cosmetics newspaper, French Chinese TV and other foreign media also paid great attention to the Beautéville.

Of course, for the Chinese Beautéville, the 2016 harvest is only a stage of achievement.
