Review of the project process

In November 2015, Mao Lirong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Standing Committee of the Wuxing District People's Congress, Deputy Director, Director of the Beautéville Management Committee, Zhu Jianzhong (then Secretary of the Party Committee of DAIXI Town), Deputy Chief of the People's Government of Wuxing District, Hou Juncheng, General Consultant of the Beautéville Management Committee and etc., made a special visit to COSON in South Korea. After more than a year of investigatio, at the end of April 2017, the Beautéville investment team visit the enterprise angain. From May 31, 2017 to June 1, 2017, Chairman Li of COSON and his entourage came to the Chinese Beautéville for a two-day visit accompanied by Mao Lirong, Hou Juncheng, and Qi Binbin respectively. Besides the PROYA and HANBUL, they also visited the Tiger Pool Reservoir, B & B around the Beautéville.

On the morning of June 1, 2017, the investigation group of COSON and his party confirmed their intention to invest in Beautéville on the spot and signed the project of settling in Beautéville. This is the seventh foreign-invested enterprise joined in Beautéville, the third Korean cosmetic enterprise after HANBUL and YONWOO. The project plans to invest a total of 38,000 square meters in the construction of the cosmetics production base.

Introduction of COSON's project

COSON Cosmetics Huzhou production project is located in Zhejiang Wuxing Economic Development Zone (Daixi subdistrict), with a total investment of 30 million U.S. dollars, a total land area of 64.123 acres. The project is mainly for the production of make-up. It has purchased emulsification equipment, high-pressure homogenizer, automatic rotary filling machine, automatic hose filling and filling machine. And it is equipped with domestic liquid washing pot, packaging machine, filling machine and other equipment.

COSON is a R & D manufacturer of high functional cosmetics. As an ODM, OEM enterprise, it has set up companies in Shanghai and Guangzhou, its main customers are Estee Lauder, Edith House, AMORE and so on. COSON has a team composed of R&D researchers with more than 10 years of experience from A Group. Production capacity certified globally by overseas SGS ISO22716, Korea Food and Drug Administration CGMP ISO22716, domestic and international CGMP. It has more than 4500 kinds of cosmetics prescription, as well as multiple emulsification technology and retinol stabilization technology. In 2007, the company began to transfer technology to Guangzhou Huanya Cosmetics Co., Ltd. the second Research Institute was completed in 2008 and the third factory was completed in 2013. It is the third largest cosmetics enterprise in China. In addition, cosmetic processing is also its key business, Korea's Amore Pacific's cosmetics also basically processed by coson, which can be said it represents the high technology and high quality of Korean cosmetics.
