In four years, Beautéville, covering an area of nearly 13 square kilometers, has gradually formed. Mao Lirong, Director of the Management Committee of China Beautéville, said that Daixi has been transformed from a barren hillside into an industrial town of hardware manufacturing and other industries. Now, because of the local high-quality water and air, it has attracted a number of domestic and foreign cosmetics manufacturers to join and settle.

The rise of "beauty industry" in Daixi not only relies on Hou Juncheng and Mao Lirong’s efforts, but also relies on the "Introduction" of green mountains and waters, as well as the "exchanges" made in the cosmetic industry leaders summits held in the local.

"As the world's largest consumer market for cosmetics, China has a market share of about 200 billion yuan, while domestic brands only account for 30% of the market. Domestic cosmetic companies need an industrial highland to gather global industry resources and factors to improve the whole industry." Less than a year later, it was announced at the third summit that 31 production enterprises, including YONWOO, the largest cosmetic packaging material manufacturer in Korea, Italy's VIRIDIS skincare project, and Qilihua, Taiwan's beauty products project were introduced into the town. The total investment of more than 12.5 billion yuan. At that year's summit, China, South Korea and France also released data reports on the cosmetics industry for the first time, integrating international perspectives.
