Cosmetic industry technology incubation park project as one of the supporting public projects of Beautévillen, its operating entity Huzhou Beautéville Technology Incubation Park Co. Ltd. was founded in August 2015, which is a professional e-commerce park operating company set up by the management committee of Beautéville to support and serve small and medium-sized beauty enterprises. The park is located next to 104 National Road in Daixi Town, Wuxing District, with a total land area of about 37,000 square meters, a total construction area of about 47,000 square meters, and a planned investment of about 200 million yuan. It is equipped with public facilities such as business meeting rooms, fitness center, activity center, staff restaurant, convenience supermarket, coffee bar, book bar, garage, charging station, etc. 

The project has 7 single buildings, divided into two phases: Building 1-5 for Phase I; Building 6-7 for Phase II. Building 1 is mainly the office space for production-oriented enterprises, third-party e-commerce platforms, industrial supporting service companies, intermediary service companies, technical service companies, etc.; Building 2-7 is mainly the branch area for production-oriented enterprises in the park, and the industry is mainly cosmetic production. At present, the first phase of the project 1-5 building has been completed and put into use. The second phase of project 6, 7 building has been successfully completion and is expected to be completed in April 2020.

After the completion of the project, the science and Technology Incubation Park will become a landmark and dynamic ecological Incubation Park of Beautéville. Relevant small and medium-sized enterprises in the cosmetics industry chain will be introduced, and to improve their resource organization ability. The incubator makes full use of external resources and realize the gathering, optimization, and appreciation of various elements. With the development concept of "small space, big agglomeration; small platform, big industry; small carrier, big innovation", the incubator will be closely integrated with the characteristics of the industry, exuding the charm of fashion, beauty, and health. After the completion of the Incubation Park, together with the cosmetics testing and R & D Center (headquarters building), has formed an important entrance into the Beautéville.
