Visit Beautéville.

On October 14, Mr. Hou Juncheng, the Vice Chairman of Fashion Industry Committee of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, the General Advisor of Beautéville Management Committee and the Chairman of PROYA Cosmetics Co Ltd invited Zhejiang Merchants Fashion Association to visit Beautéville. Tu Hongyan, the Chairman of the Fashion Industry Committee of Zhejiang Merchants Association and the Chairman of Wensli Group Co., Ltd. organized and led Zheng Nianhua (the Executive Chairman of the Fashion Industry Committee of Zhejiang Merchants Association and the Chairman of Yishang Town Operation Company), Bi Ling (Chairman of Hangzhou Jiebai Group Co., Ltd. And the General Manager of Hangzhou Building), Cui Rongrong (Dean of College of Fashion, Zhejiang University of Technology), and Chen Xiaoxiang (the Chairman of Sharmoonez Clothing Co., Ltd), Qian Xiaoyun (the Chairman of Zhejiang Evley Industrial Co., Ltd.) Wu Huijun (the Chairman of Ningbo Boyang Clothing Group), Chen Dong (the Chairman of Hangzhou HS Fashion Group Co., Ltd.), Jiang Wei (the Chairman of Ningbo Xinbida Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.), Chang Leming (the Director of Hangzhou Zhuliyan Network Technology Co., Ltd.), Ru Guanqi (the Chairman of Hangzhou Shanjun Clothing Co., Ltd.) and other member enterprise leaders visited Beautéville for study. They discussed the future high-quality development of the fashion industry, how to build the brand power of enterprises, and how to stimulate the sense of innovation and other topics.

 

Under the leadership of Hou Junzheng, the association visited the living room of the Beautéville, the beauty museum and the park in the town, and listened to the wonderful explanation of the staff. They had a first-hand experience of the beauty charm, and had a practical understanding and experience of the formula composition, R&D process and efficacy evaluation of cosmetics, and also expressed their appreciation of the R&D direction and achievement transformation of PROYA.

Visit to JSPA Four Seasons Rose Manor

Discussion and exchange

Afterwards, the association and the delegation went to the Four Seasons Rose Manor and had a discussion. Ms. Ji Mei, the owner of the manor and the founder of JSPA Rose Skin Care, introduced that the Four Seasons Rose Manor is located in Huzhou Beautéville and is a rose-themed manor for her skin care brand JSPA, covering an area of 500 acres, where hundreds of roses from all over the world bloom warmly and 9999 rose trees stand proudly. While experiencing the beauty of roses, everyone also had a warm and positive communication and exchange about the current situation and development of the fashion industry.

During the exchange meeting, Hou Juncheng shared with the guests his entrepreneurial history, the initial intention of building the Beautéville, as well as the company’s efforts in brand development, industrial ecology and social value, and put forward his insights about the fashion industry. Hou Juncheng believes that both segments, clothing and beauty, belong to the fashion industry, and they have great correlation in terms of business models. He hopes to increase communication and learning in the future, to develop in groups and share resources with an inclusive and open-minded attitude, and to jointly promote the high-quality development of the fashion industry.

We have to use the spirit of craftsmanship, to think about how to make the brand bigger and stronger, to enhance the reputation and visibility of the enterprise, which is our common social responsibility and industry responsibility. Hou Juncheng said that after experiencing the epidemic, more and more domestic beauty cosmetics have entered the public eye, and the road to the rise of national beauty has taken shape. How to carry the revival of the national beauty and fashion industry, pry the change of the global cosmetic pattern, is the next theme to need to be considered.

Bi Ling, the general manager of Hangzhou Building, also has unique views on the development status of domestic brands. She believes that domestic brands have achieved certain results from R&D, technology, design to consumer. However, brand building should not only rely on marketing power, but also steadily improve their product power.

Tu Hongyan, the Chairman of Fashion Industry Committee of Zhejiang General Chamber of Commerce and the Chairman of Winsome Group Co., Ltd, said in the conference that she hopes national brands should first have a national plot. In today’s rising cultural confidence, how to make young consumers like them and how to catch up with the big international brands in a shorter time is the next step to be taken. She firmly believes that in the future, Chinese brands will also give birth to more super brands and quality products, which will bring more exciting contents for a better lifestyle.

Zheng Nianhua, Executive Chairman of Fashion Industry Committee of Zhejiang General Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Yishang Town Operation Company, said that enterprises need industry credibility and so does the association. We should design quality products and services to enrich the functions of the association according to its positioning and the needs of enterprises in the industry.

The participants listened carefully and expressed their opinions on related topics. We gathered consensus and explored together how to integrate the thinking of various families in the actual work, innovate the way of working and stimulate the sense of innovation.
