From July 6th to 13th, Zhao Rulang, Secretary of the District Committee, led a delegation from Wu Xing to France and Italy. Accompanied by Hou Juncheng, General Consultant of Beautéville and Chairman of PYORA, and Tang Xuedong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Daixi, they conducted friendly economic and trade negotiations, visited local governments, enterprises, associations, universities, and overseas Chinese businessmen. They promoted business of Wuxing, inspected the negotiation industry, and deepened friendly exchanges to promote the high-level opening up of Wuxing to the outside world, inject new impetus and open up new space for Wuxing and its beauty town to expand overseas markets.

　Beauty is the ‘hot word’ of this investigation and negotiation. Grasse, known as the “Perfume City”, is the center of the world perfume industry. The delegation held friendly talks with the mayor of Grasse, Jerome Viod, and visited the Fragrance Museum to investigate the local and French perfume business models. The delegation said that Wuxing has complete supporting facilities, supply chain and perfect beauty industry cluster, Beautéville is committed to building the “Oriental Grasse”, and has a deep foundation for industrial cooperation and broad prospects for cooperation with the “Perfume City”. In the next step, it is hoped that both sides will strengthen cooperation and exchanges, promote mutually beneficial development of the two industries, and jointly make the cause of beauty stronger.  Jerome Viold stated that in recent years, the beauty industry in Wuxing has developed rapidly, and he hopes to strengthen cooperation with Wuxing in the future. The next step is to lead a delegation to Beautéville for inspection and exchange, and to promote cooperation between the two regions to achieve new results on a larger scale and at a deeper level.

At the R&D center of the Technicoflor Group located in Paris, the delegation discussed and exchanged ideas with the head of the center on the development of the Technicoflor Group in China. We hope that Technicoflor can strengthen cooperation with Beautéville, leverage their advantages, and provide high-quality products to customers in China and around the world. In the French Cosmetics Valley, the delegation had exchanges with local industrial cluster enterprises and important organizational members of the Cosmetics Valley, and conducted in-depth discussions on strategic issues of Sino-French cooperation such as research and development and supply chain. At the Italian Cosmetics Association, the delegation detailed the industry and development plan of Wuxing and Beautéville. This time, Wu Xing signed friendly cooperation agreements with the French Cosmetics Valley and the Italian Cosmetics Association, deepening and expanding cooperation opportunities in the cosmetics field and other fields. The delegation also invited government personnel and beauty industry personnel from both regions to visit Wuxing and beauty town for investigation, exchange, cooperation and negotiation, to give full play to the advantages and strength of their respective industrial clusters, and to jointly form a “Combined Fleet” that deepens the global beauty market to achieve win-win development.

With the development of the beauty industry, formulation research and key technology breakthroughs have become particularly important, and the demand for industry talents has become increasingly prominent. Delegation came to the French ISIPCA International School of Perfumery, and the school in charge of in-depth exchanges, the delegation said, ISIPCA was founded more than 50 years ago, established in the field of perfume, beauty and spices of the important influence and international status, professional teaching and personnel training mode, very worthy of Wuxing to learn and learn. It is hoped that both sides will strengthen exchanges and exchanges in the future, to cultivate more professional talents for the industry. In France IBCBS Beauty College, the delegation and the person in charge of the symposium, for the Sino-French cosmetic industry education issues for communication and exchange, discussing the feasibility of the introduction of talent training and delivery of cooperation between the two countries and specific modes of cooperation, and signed a Sino-French talent training and delivery of cooperation agreements, in-depth discussions on the establishment of overseas research centers and other matters.

In Chartres, France, the delegation held a working meeting with the relevant person in charge of the city, and carried out in-depth exchanges on strengthening cooperation between the two sides in culture, science and technology, economy and trade, and other matters. At the meeting, the two sides signed a letter of intent on cooperation between friendly cities, signed a friendly cooperation agreement, the two sides agreed to enhance exchanges and mutual trust, consolidate the results of cooperation, economic and trade exchanges, cultural exchanges and other aspects of cooperation to increase efforts to promote cooperation between friendly cities to a new level. The delegation said that in recent years, exchanges and cooperation between Wuxing and Chartres have become increasingly close. The signing of this friendly cooperation has further deepened the friendship between the two places. It is hoped that both sides will continue to strengthen connectivity, jointly create more cooperation opportunities and exchange platforms, and open a new chapter of friendly cooperation.

In order to promote the exchange and cooperation between Zhili children’s clothing and Italian clothing industry, and promote the common development of the clothing fabric industry of both sides, the delegation came to Prato, Italy, to discuss the injection of Zhili brand children’s clothing into the market and other related matters, and signed relevant strategic cooperation agreements with the founder of Italian GIOYA FASHION. The delegation stated that this signing has built an important bridge for the children’s clothing industry to extend to the European market, hoping to provide complete supporting services and solid foundation for information exchange, talent interaction, commercial trade, project landing, and other aspects between the two regions, establish important long-term partnership, jointly build a harmonious, green, and open international clothing and fabric cooperation platform, and promote the export of domestic children’s clothing overseas.

During the visit, the delegation visited European Federation of Fujian Overseas Chinese Groups and French Chinese Overseas Chinese Association, and held talks with Chinese overseas entrepreneurs in France and Italy. They exchanged in-depth information on the promotion of China-France-China-Italy economic and cultural cooperation and exchanges among overseas Chinese businessmen, and thanked them for their contributions to the construction of their hometowns by actively connecting with each other and participating in the construction of their hometowns. The delegation said that the majority of overseas Chinese businessmen have played an important role in promoting trade and investment, economic cooperation, etc. It is hoped that they will remain enthusiastic, based on their own industries and enterprises, and contribute to the industrial interoperability between China, France and Italy. At present, Wuxing is in a critical period of high-quality development and requires the “matchmaking and bridging” of overseas Chinese merchants.
