On May 25, invited by China Beautéville, Didier Garnier, Vice Minister of economic development of Chartres, a friendly city of Huzhou City, Mickaël Tachat, economic consultant of Chartres City, Jean-Luc Ansel, founder and executive director of French Makeup Valley, and Regine Ferrere, President of French Academy of beauty and fragrance, etc., visited Beautéville for field study. At the same time, with the strong support of Hangzhou Cosmetics Industry Association, we held a "Sino foreign enterprise exchange meeting" with representatives of some enterprises in the industry association. Under the introduction of Pan Ming, the executive deputy director of the management committee of the town, the delegation learned about the basic situation of the town and also looked at the future planning of the town. Taking the opportunity of the visit to China Beautéville, led by Hangzhou Cosmetic Industry Association, the representatives of excellent enterprises in the association and the representatives of enterprises stationed in China Beautéville held a "China-French enterprise exchange conference", which was presided over by Wang Yannan, the deputy general manager of China Beautéville Cosmetics Industry Investment and Development Co. At the "China-French Enterprise Exchange Conference", Beautéville  shared its latest service model of "Supply Chain Platform" with the participants, which marked a significant improvement of Beautéville in the service of enterprises.

A sister city of Huzhou, Chartres is located in the department of El-Loire, on the border between the Île-de-France and the Central Region, on a hill,  the left bank of the River Earle, and the middle of Beauce. Chartres, 71 kilometres southwest of Paris, is a small, secluded town of about 42,000 inhabitants, famous for the city's cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the nine great churches of France, and one of the four early churches.
