On the morning of August 3, a Tsinghua University Chemical Engineering Department "walking into daily chemical" project detachment visited China Beautéville. This summer practice detachment of the Department of Chemical Engineering composed of teachers and students of Tsinghua University Chemical Engineering Department and other professional faculties. The marketing strategy of cosmetic brands provides reference advice for the development of domestic brands. After preliminary research, the production base of China Beautéville is very suitable for the practical research theme, so they focus on visiting China Beautéville, and hope to interact with the enterprises settled in the town to have exchanges and cooperation.

During the visit to China Beautéville, the detachment first visited the town planning sand table, the resident enterprise PROYA Cosmetics Co., Ltd. production workshop, Four Seasons Rose Manor, and held a cosmetics industry exchange meeting with relevant persons in charge of Beautéville and representatives of entrepreneurs settled in the town.

In order to have an in-depth understanding of Beautéville, the basic information of the cosmetics industry, as well as the current needs of enterprises for talents, Beautéville invited relevant government leaders and some enterprise representatives to hold an exchange meeting with students. The meeting was presided over by Wang Yanan, deputy general manager of cosmetics industry (Huzhou) Investment Development Co., Ltd., and Mo Fenfen, deputy mayor of Daixi Town People's government, and representatives of some enterprises settled in Beautéville.

The exchange will focus on the introduction of China Beautéville, understanding the development of the resident enterprises, the current situation of the cosmetics industry. First of all, the guests welcomed the investigation team of Department of chemical engineering of Tsinghua University to visit Beautéville, briefly introduced the basic situation of their respective enterprises, and indicated that the future of the cosmetics industry needs high-quality talents. Tsinghua University as the highest institution, It is also worth learning in the aspects of talent training and research. Enterprises here also hope that more and more outstanding talents will come to Beautéville to visit and practice in enterprises.

In their speeches, many of them said that through the visit to PROYA's production workshop and the tour of the Four Seasons Rose Manor, they had a brand new understanding of the domestic cosmetics production, and the world-class has become a reality from the dream. At the same time, the Four Seasons Rose Manor, as the symbol of the raw material plantation industry in the Beautéville, has many kinds of roses, high quality and beautiful surrounding scenery, which also practically confirms the goal of building a park with production, life and ecology in China's Beautéville.

As a student of the Department of chemical engineering, it is also the purpose of this investigation. Members of the delegation put forward some of their own ideas and many pertinent questions to the representatives present, and the representatives of enterprises present also gave careful answers, which benefited the visiting students a lot.
