On the afternoon of October 21, Qin Yongzhong, member of the Party group and deputy director general of Hunan food and drug administration, and his delegation went to Beautéville to further deepen exchanges and promote common development. Su Zhiliang, member of the Party group and deputy director of Zhejiang food and drug administration, Cheng Jia, member of the Standing Committee of Wuxing district Party committee and Secretary of Daixi town Party committee, Hou Juncheng, chairman of PROYA Cosmetics Co., Ltd., General Consultant of Beautéville, and heads of relevant departments and cosmetics associations in Zhejiang Province and urban areas accompanied this visit.

The delegation went to beauty building, International Beauty Fashion Expo Center, Huzhou production base of PROYA Cosmetics Co., Ltd. Everywhere they went, the delegation made an in-depth observation and careful understanding, listened carefully to the introduction, and inquired in detail about the development process and relevant work experience and practices.

During the visit, the town’s construction and development, especially the "government + enterprise" investment model to the delegation left a deep impression. We have expressed that the Beautéville in the industrial development planning, the whole industry chain to create, industry-academia-research linkage, cosmetics supervision and other aspects have achieved remarkable results. Zhejiang's advanced development concept and the strength of reform and innovation, especially in Zhejiang to promote and support the development of cosmetics industry model and flexible institutional mechanisms are very worth learning from. We will take back the good experience, good practices and good initiatives of Zhejiang and Beautéville, and fully apply them to the practice of local economic and social development.
